Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what an individual woman can do with both the energy and insight gained from being a teenager. She's a journalist who is also a health coach and an entrepreneur. Additionally, she is credited as an actress and sung comedienne. Perpetual Motion, as the name of her show is well-known to many people. Marilu's health-focused approach is visible throughout her entire existence. She is a firm believer that good health will allow you to do everything. But not always. As a teenager she was a dieter who yo-yo'd and watching her weight go upwards. She ate out of emotional rage and would always feel sick. Her parents, both aged in their 50s, and being afflicted by heart attacks or arthritis-related issues, passed away. She realized she must be accountable for her own wellbeing. It wasn't about dieting, but finding ways to increase the effectiveness of the body. She is also a regular actor in Christopher Guest's mockumentary movies. Coolidge has graduated from The Groundlings of Los Angeles. This improv group and sketch group is well-known for its improvisations and sketches.
